Day five

Breakfast: apple & coffee. Not shown: flax seed tortilla

Lunch: kale and quinoa salad

...and lots of Maria's fries...

Dinner: Spinach salad with new dressing*.
*New dressing! So delicious and spicy too.

Rice cakes and colby jack for an after-salad crunch.
So it appears that I eat relatively healthy.  Appears.  It is becoming more and more apparent to me how much of a grazer I am. In the spirit of full disclosure, this is not all I ate today*, but for my (blog's) purposes, it will do. 

*One of the un-photographed items were these really yummy chocolate chip cookies that were sprinkled in sea salt. I need to find a recipe for that.
