Day Seven


 
Breakfast: Oaty bites
I was very bummed that we didn't have any yogurt for my Oaty Bites this morning. So instead, I ate many, many handfuls. It is so crunchy and delicious. 

Lunch: Seaweed Salad

and a california roll

Dinner: Brussel sprouts, salmon, and quinoa
